| Aptech Qatar welcomes New Year 2012 in desert – January 2012 |

Aptech Qatar, on 31st December, organized a Desert Safari for its students as part of their extra-curricular activities. Students & staff enjoyed dune bashing taking an exciting adventure over the amazing sand dunes of the South Qatar desert. Students played volleyball, went for sand-boarding, enjoyed tranquility, swam in the inland sea, sunbathed and relaxed in bedouin styled tents with traditional seating. BBQ meals, soft drinks & water were served to everyone to make the safari even more enjoyable.

| Octo-Fiesta @ Aptech Qatar - October 2011 |

In the last week of October, Aptech Qatar organized one of the mega events of the year, a competition in Designing and Programming, called Octo-Fiesta, in which more than 100 students enthusiastically participated.
Competition topics included Hand Drawing, 2D designing in Adobe Photoshop and illustrator, 3D designing in 3DS Max and Maya, Website designing in Macromedia DreamWeaver and Software Programming in ASP.Net. The objective of the competition was to scoop out ideas from the young minds of the students and appreciate their talent.
All participants displayed a remarkable flair for this competition. Participants and winners will be awarded Certificates and Trophies sooner only. |

| Aptech Qatar hosts Seminar and Graduation Ceremony – September 2011 |

APTECH WORLDWIDE in alliance with MIDDLESEX UNIVERSITY of UK, recently held a Career Guidance Seminar called CAREER QUEST 2011 for students of APTECH & ARENA in Qatar. Mr. Kallol Mukherjee, International Business Head – Aptech Worldwide, and Professor Dr. Raj Gill, Pro-Vice Chancellor & Regional Director - Middlesex University, spoke on various options for Further Education and Career paths available to students after completing their Information Technology and Multimedia studies at Aptech & Arena. The Seminar was well received by an audience of 350 over the weekend. The Seminar was followed by an extravagant Graduation Ceremony during which 50 graduates were awarded Certificates in Software Engineering, Networking and Multimedia. Aptech Qatar regularly organizes extracurricular activities and informative seminars for the benefit of its students.

| University Conducts Presentation – May 2011 |

University of Portsmouth (UOP) recently made a presentation to students of APTECH QATAR at the APTECH CENTRE on D-Ring Road. During the presentation, UOP explained how APTECH & ARENA students can earn credits from APTECH and ARENA certificate courses to pursue their higher education for Bachelors Degree from University of Portsmouth. |

| Arena students visit Printing Press – April 2011 |

Students of ARENA QATAR, the multimedia and animation division of APTECH QATAR, recently visited the Gulf Publishing & Printing Company, publishers of the GULF TIMES NEWSPAPER, as part of APTECH'S educational industrial visit program.
Students were excited to learn about the multimedia process used by the Newspaper & Media Company and how it relates to the skills they are currently learning at ARENA QATAR as part of their Multimedia Professional Training Course. APTECH Director Manoj Megchiani stated that such industrial visits help students get a better understanding of how to employ their knowledge in the real world. The ARENA QATAR students, accompanied by teachers, were warmly welcomed by senior officials of GULF TIMES. |

| Aptech Qatar hosted their new annual event Carnival - March 2011 |

APTECH Qatar hosted their new annual event Carnival 2011 to award Certificates, Trophies and Gifts to the students who participated in ARENA Graphics Competition “TEKHNI”. The students also participated in a Quiz Contest “BUZZER BATTLE”. 38 students enthusiastically participated in TEKHNI whereas 4 teams each consisting of 4 members made it to the final of BUZZER BATTLE. More than 200 students turned up at the event to cheer their friends. Winners of the different categories were presented Laptops, Digital Photos Frames, Multimedia Speakers, Trophies and Certificates. The Contest and Prize distribution ceremony was immediately followed by a Cultural show and a sing-and-dance event. The event concluded with staff and students dinning together. Aptech Qatar regularly organizes sports, cultural, informative and leisure events for an all-round development of its students. |

| Tekhni 2011 Arena Design Competition - February 2011 |

The Multimedia department of Aptech Qatar showed some real good design talents in the recently organized Tekhni 2011(Design Competition).
Around three dozen students participated in this competition to create a great advertisement for a company using some popular multimedia softwares. The day was colourful and the students were enthusiastic about the competition. The Arena department is expecting the number of participants to extrapolate in their next upcoming events. |

APTECH QATAR organized a Desert Safari Trip for the Aptech family on 28th of January. The trip was planned by a popular safari tour operator QIA.The various joy rides included Dune bashing, Sand boarding, VolleyBall, Quad Bikes, Camel Rides and just to add to the flavour of fun a nice barbeque Dinner served hot.
The day percieved the bonding of the aptech family at large. |

| TEAM Aptech Eleven goes Cricket aficionado - December 2010 |

The day was 10 December, the time was 2.00 pm and the place was Al Saad Stadium, Qatar. The cricket enthusiasts cheered up Aptech for a really hefty battle against Qatar Riders in Chennai Trophy.
Aptech Eleven scored a charged up 90 runs of 12 overs. The match comprised of couple of good overs, wickets, and catches and a few good innings for the batsmen. |

APTECH QATAR organized Bowling Tournament 2010 for its students just before EID AL ADHA holidays. Fun and frolic filled event witnessed 105 students participating excitedly in the tournament out of which 9 smashed to victory to win trophies and prizes in various categories. APTECH QATAR regularly organizes sports, cultural, informative and leisure events for all-round development of its students.

APTECH QATAR COMPUTER EDUCATION CENTRE has won Top Honors at the recent APTECH GLOBAL SUMMIT in the Pink City of Jaipur. The Summit showcased the Global Family of over 3200 APTECH & ARENA Franchise owners from the Americas, Africa, Europe, Middle East and Australasia. While ever improving Vietnam picked up the majority of the performance Awards, Qatar won the only award that really mattered.. APTECH QATAR Director Manoj Megchiani was on hand to personally receive awards for the BEST PERFORMING CENTRE & THE No.1 COMPUTER TRAINING CENTRE IN THE WORLD for 2009.
Despite the economic downturn in 2009, APTECH QATAR recorded its best performance figures ever since starting operations in Qatar in 1994. |

| ARENA Multimedia Academy, a division of APTECH QATAR, recently organized a special show of the blockbuster movie AVATAR 3D at the City Centre for its students as part of its Edutainment Activity. Students of ARENA not only enjoyed the movie, but also analyzed the technology used in the making of AVATAR. ARENA Multimedia Academy specializes in the teaching of Multimedia and the use of it in developing print and motion pictures. Students at ARENA are trained to qualify as an “all-round” Commercial Multimedia & 3D Animation Specialists ready to work within any industry that employs Multimedia Technology for its presentations. |
